●This product adopts a high-strength steel structure rotor, and the V-shaped design effectively improves the crushing efficiency and material fluidity.
●The rotor passes strict static and dynamic balance double tests before assembly to ensure smooth operation and small vibration amplitude, effectively reduce equipment noise and extend service life.
●The main body of the machine adopts thickened steel plate, which has excellent impact resistance and can adapt to high-intensity continuous operation environment.
●The original external bearing seat design isolates the core transmission components from the crushing chamber, effectively preventing the intrusion of material dust and increasing the service life of the bearing by more than 40%.
●The whole machine is equipped with a hydraulic system to achieve precise control of the opening and closing of the hopper, shortening the routine operation time such as tool replacement and screen maintenance to within 15 minutes.
