EFB Briquette Machine
EFB Briquette Machine is an environmentally friendly equipment specially used for the molding of palm fiber materials. The Briquette Machine processes the crushed palm fiber or fiber trunk (length <50mm, moisture content 15%-20%) into cubic block products (standard cross-section 32×32mm, length 5-25mm adjustable) through a high-pressure compression process. The Briquette Machine can also be designed to process cylindrical products (diameter 32mm, length 5-25mm adjustable).
The volume of the briquette produced is larger than that of the traditional ball making machine, which is suitable for large-scale applications such as industrial fuel and biomass power generation. The palm fiber ball making machine adopts a modular design, equipped with a feed conveyor, a two-stage compression ball making machine, a discharge conveyor and an intelligent electronic control system, and supports the selection of gear/belt dual transmission methods.
Gear transmission has high torque characteristics to ensure continuous production stability, and belt transmission has lower maintenance costs. The whole machine achieves an efficient production capacity of 1-2 tons per hour through automated assembly line operation. It can process a variety of palm plant wastes such as oil palm fiber and coconut shell fiber, and the product density is uniform ≥1.1g/cm³.

Ⅱ.Machine advantages
1. High output, large diameter, high density, the unit volume combustion time is extended several times, thereby improving the degree of combustion, and it is a patented product.
2. Make full use of frequency conversion technology, the feed speed can be freely adjusted, minimize energy consumption and save costs.
3. The main bearing adopts a high-speed special bearing. The oil film generated by the rotation of the bearing greatly improves the rotation stability and impact resistance, and solves the problem of major quality accidents caused by the easy damage of the rotating bearing of similar products.
4. The connecting rod mechanism adopts an internal cooling design to keep the connecting rod at a constant temperature during high-speed movement, which completely solves the problem of breaking the rod due to high friction temperature.
5. The design of the super strong self-scraping oil system completely solves the disadvantage of excessive oil accumulation in the machine head, thereby improving production efficiency.
